My name is Richard Taylor. I learned the true value of food from my ‘hippie’ Canadian parents growing our own vegetables and fruit, baking our own bread and cakes, and even butchering our own animals on my uncle’s farm.
Catering Richard cooks with organic, local ingredients. My culinary style is a mixture of Italian and French. It is my pleasure to make your dining experience with me a truly memorable feast.
Formerly, I have worked in the busy kitchens in several top Amsterdam restaurants (le Hollandais, Sogno, Okura). I cooked furthermore as a sous-chef for a year in Il Cavaliere / Castello di Gabbiano, an award-winning restaurant in the Chianti hills. Recently I worked as a private chef and butler in one of the biggest privately-owned Amsterdam canal houses.
As a former dancer I know how to move gracefully and how to serve you in style.
